Some tight battles between the Christchurch Aardwolfs gave an exciting battle with a 4-4 score line toward the end of the third period. A nice tap in by Michael Mitchell won the game for the Dunedin Beasts 5-4. The Dunedin Ducks played a solid passing game, beating the Aardwolfs 1-3.
The Christchurch Aardwolfs Southern Migration is underway. An 8-7 loss to the Albury Kings in Tekapo on Saturday night was followed by a 4-0 loss to the Queenstown Jurassics on Sunday. Their next games will be here in Dunedin at 10:00pm and 11:15pm tonight against the Dunedin Beasts and Dunedin Ducks.
