Come to the Under-20 World Championship next week
Dunedin will host the 2015 Under-20 Ice Hockey World Championship Division III next week. The tournament will go on from January 20th to January 25th. This is a chance for Dunedin ice hockey to shine on the world stage.
Volunteer for the U20 World Championship
We are still looking for volunteers to help out with various tasks like:
- goal judge ;
- stats keeping ;
- penalty box attendants.
Whatever your level of experience with ice hockey or your skill set, you can help. Your friends and family can volunteer as well if they want.
We have a number of tasks suitable for kids like moving the nets in between period or picking up the pucks at the end of the warm up.
We’ll be organising a free game for all volunteers at the end of the tournament.
This sort of event can not happen without the dedication and hard work of volunteers.

Come enjoy some world class ice hockey for a very reasonable price. The tournament pass is $15 for adults and $5 for kids under 18.
Tickets can be bought at the Dunedin Ice Stadium.

We’ll also be hosting a friendly pre-tournament match between South-Africa and New Zealand on Saturday January 17th at 4.15PM. Entries for this game are free of charge.
