Under-20 Southern team trials on September 20th
The Under-20 Southern Team trials will be held on Saturday, September 20th, at the Dunedin Ice Stadium.
Please note that the trials were originally schedule for September 14th.
Taking part in the trials
Male players born in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 or 1999 are eligible to take part in trials. Female goaltenders born in those years may attend as well.
Email aninehurring@gmail.com to register your interest if you want to take part in the trials.
Trials will be held on September 20th at 8.45 AM. The cost will be about $30 but will depend on the number of players.
About the New Zealand Junior Ice Hockey League (NZJIHL)
The New Zealand Junior Ice Hockey League (NZJIHL) is an annual competition between the Southern, Canterbury and Auckland region for players under 20 years of age.
The best NZJIHL players may go on to represent New Zealand at the U-20 world championship. in Dunedin next January.
