Intermediate practice

For those of you wondering why you haven't had to pay for attending the intermediate practices on Thursday nights for the past few months. Initially practices were charged this year on a weekly basis. Then the Dunedin Ice Hockey Association (DIHA) decided to charge for the whole year up front, this information was not supplied to players however. This was to be $300 for the season or $250 if paid by the end of May 2007. If you paid money earlier in the year, this does not need to be paid again. However the DIHA is having trouble figuring out who paid what initially as they are not sure where the records are, plus some players paid extra money after the weekly payments stopped and they are also having trouble finding those records as well. The Dunedin Ice Hockey Association Board of Directors meets on the first Monday of every month at the Dunedin Ice Stadium. If you are interested in being involved with the committee and organising hockey events in Dunedin then please contact the DIHA secretary.
