Stick & Puck Sessions – Term 1 2014

 

Stick and Puck sessions will be running:

 

– Wednesday 5-7pm from 12 Feb through to 16 Apr, 2014

 

– Sunday 5.15-6.50pm from 16 Feb through to 13 Apr, 2014

 

 

 

 

 

What is Stick and Puck? 

 

Stick and Puck sessions are available for individuals to practice skating, passing, shooting, stick handling etc… These times are not structured scrimmages or practices and as such there will be no coach on the ice. This is a time to enjoy playing hockey with family and friends in an environment not provided at structured sessions.

 

 

 

Gear Hire:

 

For those who don’t have their own equipment, gear hire is available for $3 and will be open at all sessions.

 

 

 

Equipment Requirements: 

 

Youth (Under 16) – Full set of equipment is required

 

Adult (16 years plus) – Helmet and gloves are required, although full equipment is recommended.

Helping the DIHA

The Dunedin Ice Hockey Association Board of Directors meets on the first Monday of every month at the Dunedin Ice Stadium. If you are interested in being involved with the committee and organising hockey events in Dunedin then please contact the DIHA secretary.
