DIHL SNC results after round 6

In the first game last night Team PhysEd cemented their spot in next weeks final by drawing with bottom of the table Oldtimers, 4-4. For a change the Oldtimers dominated all aspects of the game for the majority  of the game, but Team PhysEd capitalised on several defensive lapses to enter all periods ahead. Team PhysEd goalie Aaron Docsteader had an outstanding game with the Oldtimers peppering him with shots.

The second game featured two teams vying for the remaining spot in the finals, with only one team able to cement their spot in the finals. In their first meeting, the Beasts edged out the Juniors in a closely fought battle, this time the Juniors out scored the Beasts 5-2.

Next week’s Final will be at 9.30, Juniors vs. Team PhysEd.

The 8.30 game will feature the Beasts and Oldtimers battling it out for the minor placings.
