Annual General Meeting on November 22nd

All Dunedin Ice Hockey Association members are convocated to the our Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will be held  on Saturday, November 22nd, 2014 at 10 AM at the Dunedin Ice Stadium.

This is your opportunity to get updated about the club’s situation and to get a say on the management of the club.

A key part of the meeting will be the election of board members. All current board members have expressed their desire to carry on in their current position.

Other non-board positions available

We are also looking for volunteer for the following position. This is a great opportunity for people to contribute back to the club:

• Sponsorship delegate
• Saturday Night  club night co-ordinator
• Adult Beginners manager
• Club Night Canteen co-ordinator
• Outlaws manager
• Junior Manager

Prize giving and potluck

The AGM will be followed by a prize giving ceremony to recognise Dunedin players and volunteers who have distinguished themselves on and off the ice.

After the ceremony, members are invited to share a potluck meal, so please bring a plate to share.

Activity for kids

We’ll be screening a movie during the AGM to keep kids occupied. Unlike previous years, we were not able to arrange for a free skating session because of a scheduling conflict.
