Goodbye Mark

Goodbye to Mark Hareb, the (former?) Dunedin Beasts team manager who is moving to Auckland to become a fancy pants forensic scientist. Mark will be sorely missed by the Dunedin hockey community and in particular his team. Mark took a bunch of absolute rank beginners, threw in a few more slightly more experienced players and turned them into the most organised team around, winning multiple DIHL titles before moving up to the Southern Ice Hockey League Senior Non-Checking grade last season.

Helping the DIHA

The Dunedin Ice Hockey Association Board of Directors meets on the first Monday of every month at the Dunedin Ice Stadium. If you are interested in being involved with the committee and organising hockey events in Dunedin then please contact the DIHA secretary.
